MIKE BARTEK
HAND PAINTED SIGNS
Big Brush Signs is a hand-painted sign and graphics practice led by Mike Bartek, a sign painter, artist, and skilled tradesman.
Each project is made for its particular place, whether it’s a storefront, boat, wall, or public-facing space. Mike’s work includes custom signs, traditional lettering, window graphics, murals, large-scale graphics, sign restoration, and marine lettering. He brings together old-school sign-painting craft, practical field experience, and an artist’s eye for color, scale, and composition.
Big Brush Signs works with independent businesses, property owners, builders, marine clients, and organizations looking for distinctive work with a human touch.
Projects range from hand-lettered panels to large-scale site work, with design and site-access consultation available when needed. The business serves the Puget Sound region, generally within 100 miles.
Each piece is painted by hand, with attention to its surface, setting, and purpose.
