SUITE 406

Integrative Healing for Meaningful Change

Serving Adults ages 21-65

At Liminal Pathways Counseling, I provide trauma-informed, relational therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship patterns, and questions of identity and belonging. I work with LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent adults, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

My approach draws from attachment theory, family systems, somatic practices, and mindfulness to explore how our experiences shape our relationships with ourselves and others. I strive to create an inclusive, neuroaffirming space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. My work honors intersectionality, recognizing how identities—including race, gender, sexuality, and culture—intersect to shape our lived experiences. I support clients in developing greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful connection.
