I am an inclusive, culturally responsive somatic therapist specializing in relationship health and complex trauma. I work with individuals and couples, particularly Spanish speakers and those from immigrant backgrounds, as well as helping professionals. I support clients in breaking unhealthy generational cycles and drawing upon generational strengths. I offer trauma-informed Reiki to support my clients' development of internal safety and awareness.
